After avoiding the dentist for a long time because of much it fear and anxiety I have for it, I found Queens Emergency Dental. They are extremely helpful, understanding, accommodating,... read more professional, personable, and best of all... PAIN FREE! I spent two days in pain frantically looking for a dentist office and when I came across this office I immediately called them. Jill answered the phone and calmed me down so much. She made it clear that the priority was to get me out of pain soon. Although I have Medicaid, she explained that there are different financing plans and affordable options. But again, the priority was to get me out of pain. Jill was extremely accommodating in scheduling an appointment. She even offered for me to come in the same day. When I arrived, I filled out short paperwork and was soon greeted by Dr. Maximilian Marks. He was friendly, reassuring, and he explained EVERYTHING. The numbing process was pain free and the actual extraction was only a few minutes, but I did not feel anything during that process either. I was squirmish but he made sure that I was calm/okay the entire time (I even got to take breaks using a hand signal). It took about an hour from walking in and walking out. The entire procedure made all of the fear and anxiety disappear and I no longer have a painful tooth. Jill also called me twice to see how I was doing! If you are looking for a dentist in the Queens or NYC area (for any service not just extraction), I definitely recommend Queens Emergency Dental! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Even if you are unsure, give them a call at least to speak to Jill about your situation! They really prioritize you and your needs.
